From our rigorous due diligence investigation and careful evaluation of site, combined with client and tenant needs, Landmark Development Group, LLC, builds long lasting relationships and repeat clients.

• Due Diligence:  Landmark Development Group will obtain and evaluate necessary assessment reports, meet with municipalities to identify and recruit support; research project related issues, identify potential risks and related mitigations prior to close of escrow.  (Including but not limited to: Utility will-serve letters, right-of-way dedication, traffic reports, ALTA Survey, Geotechnical, environmental, hydrology, and biology reports).
• Pre-Development:  We will oordinate and direct the entitlement process, including neighborhood outreach and meeting w/ city staff and elected officials.  We will attend public hearings and present the project as the owner’s representative.  We will coordinate the design of the site and buildings to best meet budget, tenant criteria, and City requirements. 
• Development:  Landmark Development Group will also manage projects on a day to day basis. We manage budgets, general contractor bidding, scheduling and construction oversight.
